Striper is fair. Live bait is putting fish in the boat every trip. Downriggers are very slow at the moment. Any kind of artificial bait is fishing slow at the moment. Look for them in 30-50 feet of water. They are moving fast and not staying in one spot long. Be willing to try multiple spots in a trip.
