PALO PINTO COUNTY—The Palo Pinto County Humane Society offers a free spay/neuter cat program through the Texas Coalition for Animal Protection. There is a waiting list.

Those looking to donate can do so through PayPal, at the humane society’s kiosk in You Maka Me Hot Coffee in Mineral Wells, or by mailing contributions to P.O. Box 911, Mineral Wells, Texas, 76068.
