Thanks to recent rainfall, conditions have been favorable for agricultural and brush pile burning in Palo Pinto County. However, unseasonably warm weather is forecast for Tuesday, May 13th, and Wednesday, May 14th, with likely reduced humidity.

Out of an abundance of caution, all burns are strongly discouraged on these two days.

Please postpone any planned burning until conditions improve and fire risk decreases.
