Benefit for family of motorcyclist killed in crash

MINERAL WELLS – A benefit is set for the Lee family to help them during their time of need. Sam Lee, 43, died in an accident on Sept. 22, leaving behind his widow, Crystal, and two young daughters.

The benefit begins at 10 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 5. It will be held at the American Legion Post 75, located at 75 American Legion Dr., in Mineral Wells.

Vendors are donating food and services to prepare plates for donations. All proceeds benefit the Lee family.

There will be a raffle and tickets are $10 each. Those wishing to donate to the raffle or for food, please message Autumn Bumguardner on Facebook at www.facebook.com/autumngraffius.

There will be a ride guided by Autumn’s father, David Bumguardner. All motorcycles, cars and trucks are invited. The entry is $25 per vehicle. Autumn said the ride will be posted in the next couple of days.
