That would be “dhanyabad” which is Nepalese for “thanks,” courtesy of Susmita Adhikari who is also the cook at Red’s Grocery, Station, Market and Grille in Palo Pinto.
It is my opinion that we, in this nation and perhaps around the world, do not value the priceless commodity of wisdom. We spend millions of dollars, perhaps billions, seeking. a much higher education than we can afford without even considering whether that education promotes wisdom.
