Ella Mae Folk, 94, went to her Heavenly Home on
Wednesday, August 17, 2022. She was born April 27, 1928, the daughter of Mark and Ella Sewell Wilson, in Mineral Wells. Mae had a servant’s heart. She was known for helping others especially while working at Hilley’s/Eckerds. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Mark Wilson; mother Ella Sewell Wright; step-father, Lenard Wright; daughter, Francis Davis; sister, Inez Blakeley and husband Elbert; sister, Vivian Locke and husband Quinton; sister, Imogene Cooke; sister, Elsie Easterling and husband Johnny; sister Frances Davis and husband Ray; brother, Glen Wilson and wife Isabel; sister Jean Alcorn and husband RD; brother, Clyde; brother, Bob Wilson; and sister, Patsy
Yarbrough. Survivors include her daughter, Vickie Ellis and husband Richard of Mineral Wells; brother, Roy Wilson of Florida; grandchildren, Annie Belew Tate and husband Jason, Dustin Smith and wife Lindy, T.J. Boudreau; great-grandchildren, Cade Belew, Kenzie Boudreau, Carter Smith, Grant Smith, Ried Smith, Jodi Gilbert, Ryan Belew, Kolbi Tate, and Brailyn Tate; great-great-granddaughter, Jetti Gilbert; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Baum- Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be be 2 p.m., Monday, August 22, 2022 at Calvary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Woodland Park Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Mineral Wells Nursing and Rehab for taking such good care of their mom.
